Inner City Decay

Inner City Decay

Inner city decay is mostly caused by four main government issues:

1. Educational failure, 55% of most all city kids drop out of high school (teachers are NOT the problem; they are so frustrated that 50% of every new teacher quits in five years. Research says they are over worked, banned from doing what they really want to do and trained to do and that is teach their kids. The current educational system hurts their efforts.

2. Limited or no high paying jobs the radical EPA is killing industry jobs. (Industry was our artisan and apprentice vocational high paying jobs in and around the cities. Our U.S. cities were founded and most are still are hubs of industrial activity. Losing control of these industry jobs overseas has caused us to lose control over the emissions, and even caused more pollution).

3. No ability to own the means of wealth, home or land (taxation and property taxes continue to make ownership further out of reach. People are taxed out of their homes in the cities. The number one reason for higher taxes is … our failed education).

4. Punishment from the government if you try to work yourself off the assistance (in most cases earning just over $950.00 in any month and they lose most all support).

These numbers are from the FBI, DOJ, U.S. Department of Education, Texas Department of Education, and New York City Department of Health.

Currently in the U.S.:

1. We have the highest incarceration rate in the world per 100,000 people, almost double most countries in South America.
2. We have the highest murder rate in the world.
3. We have the highest violent crime rate in the world.
4. The cities with the highest high school drop out rates also have the highest crime rate, murder and incarceration rates. Here are the murders for last year:

D.C. 88 Detroit 386 New Orleans 193
Baltimore 217 Memphis 157 Oakland 131
New York 414 Chicago 532 San Antonio 230
Dallas 170 Houston 294

5. It is not the pay, our teachers are the highest paid teacher in the world and our spending per child in the cities is the highest in the world. Here is the cost per student per year and the high school drop out rates:

New York $15,000.00 54% Drop out rate
Detroit $13,500.00 73% Drop out rate
Indianapolis $14,400.00 70% Drop out rate
Baltimore $10,700.00 70% Drop out rate
Boston $18,000.00 43% Drop out rate

6. In Texas our education is also a failure:

Dallas $11,100.00 56% Drop out rate
San Antonio $8,900.00 46% Drop out rate
Houston $8,900.00 46% Drop out rate
El Paso $8,900.00 40% Drop out rate
Fort Worth $7,800.00 45% Drop out rate
Arlington $7,300.00 38% Drop out rate
Austin $8,200.00 36% Drop out rate

Our inner city drop outs have no access to agriculture, or industry, or technology, or information or banking or any part of the economy… they are locked out of all the levels of wealth.

In the 1960’s America had the best in education system in the world with these considerations:

Smaller schools
Smaller class size
Local control
Relationship based
Community involvement

Our Superintendents are the highest paid supervisors in the educational world.

In Texas we have 740 PhD level school superintendents adding control between the schools and the state board of education costing $12 million a year in salary alone.

Here are some of the top positions:

DENTON COUNTY WADDELL, STEPHEN F $567,435
DALLAS COUNTY WOODS, DONNA $440,615
TARRANTCOUNTY DANSBY, WALTER D $336,150
HARRIS COUNTY KLUSSMANN, DUNCAN F $313,000
DALLAS COUNTY MILES, FLOYD MIKE $306,000
HARRIS COUNTY HENRY, JOHN M $303,850

We have gone from first in the world in the 1960’s to worst in the world while spending the most. The more we spend, and the harder we try, the lower we perform.

Most EdD’s truly have no idea how to solve this problem, they do not understand what caused this; control caused this.

There is a historical government system that spends the most, tries the hardest, delivers the least and has people frustrated while constantly failing … communism.

The U.S educational system is very similar to communism. Here is what communism has been historically (Britton, 2013):

No choice in what you get
Force if you don’t comply
No input into how it works
People in it, hate it (kids drop out and 50% of all teachers quit in five years)
Propaganda to tell you that it is working and you should be grateful
Removal of your rights

Our cities are hurting and the economic divestment between the higher income earners (banking, technology and information) have been attacked for breaking faith with the lower income workers (industry and artisan work.) Here are some staggering numbers about our economy.

85 Million Able-bodied people of working age are out of work
37% Wall Street Adviser says is the actual unemployment rate
23% of everyone in New York and L.A. are on food stamps
80% of every college graduate moves back in with tier parents
24% of young college graduates live with their parents
20% of very household is on government assistance

Our own government is the major cause of the destruction of wealth and the poverty of our inner cities. This is a very age old tried and true formal for keeping people down.

No education
No jobs
No ownership
Punishment is you try to better yourself

Worse is that this effort is intentional, these people in government are not stupid people, they are students of violent history and they are trying to replicate the conditions of the past.

Yes, our own government is intentionally hurting our people for power and money.

It needs to change, we need to first admit the problem, get past the propaganda and move forward into prosperity.

We stand for liberty, integrity and prosperity.
